Job Summary
Manage sales operational actions by leveraging CRM systems, sales enablement tools, and analytic platforms to support initiatives. Maintain individual and departmental KPI performance, including adhering to response time commitments and ensuring 98% error-free actions. Provide accurate order management for sales and repair scenarios, manage product order allocation, and handle project orders as established. Effectively manage inflow of sales inquiries through various contact streams while serving as the lead point of contact for operations leadership actions. Drive operational efficiency and collaborate with leadership on strategic opportunities to enhance territory support. Travel as required and adhere to company policies for problem resolution.
Required Qualifications
- Post-secondary Degree/Diploma
- English proficiency in speaking, reading, and writing abilities
- Minimum of 4-5 years relevant work experience within the Customer Service or Sales Operations landscape
- Medium Microsoft Office skills
- Ability to think creatively to innovate new ideas
- Strong in cross-departmental collaboration
- Strong analytical abilities
