Sales Operations Specialist

Job Summary
Process and validate sales orders, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and adherence to company pricing structures and policies. Coordinate with sales, finance, and legal teams to resolve discrepancies related to order submission. Generate reports on order status and trends to support sales leadership while assisting in data cleansing initiatives. Support the creation of renewal opportunities and quotes, and act as a primary point of contact for sales inquiries regarding order modifications and policy clarification. Document best practices, contribute to standard operating procedures, and provide training on order submission procedures. Participate in the implementation of new tools and perform ad-hoc projects as assigned.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in sales operations or order management within a high growth technology or cybersecurity company
- Proficiency with Salesforce
- Strong analytical skills with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proactive and self-motivated, with a strong sense of accountability and follow-through
- Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic environment
Desired Qualifications
- Familiarity with SaaS/subscription-based sales models strongly preferred
- Experience working in a publicly traded or IPO-prepared company is a plus
