Job Summary
Sales Operations Specialist based in Phoenix leading and coordinating regional sales operations for the Aviation & Maritime Region. Responsibilities include overseeing daily sales metrics (forecasting and reporting), collaborating with sales, marketing, and customer service to optimize workflows and client engagement, designing and updating KPIs, championing innovative sales tools to improve efficiency and compliance, developing tailored client documentation (presentations, proposals, contracts) for aviation/maritime clients, leading training and onboarding for sales staff, conducting market research and competitor analysis to support regional expansion, maintaining CRM records and ensuring data accuracy and security, facilitating cross-departmental communication to resolve operational challenges, participating in regional meetings and cross-functional projects, and driving continuous process improvements to respond to evolving market conditions and priorities.
