Job Summary
Vendor reporting and operations specialist responsible for submitting vendor reports (POS and inventory) on time, monitoring submission success, addressing rejections, correcting issues, coordinating with internal teams and vendors, and providing claim reconciliation with Finance sign-off; produces weekly/monthly reconciliation reports to the business. Requires 1-2 years of experience and strong Excel/data-entry skills. Join a team within Ingram Micro’s MEA Vendor Reporting group focused on timely, accurate reporting and data quality across vendor campaigns and activities.
