Job Summary
Administer the ICON Sales and Marketing Zoho CRM database, managing user setup, profiles, roles, and customizations for objects, fields, and permissions. Execute mass communications including email, automation, and integrated marketing campaigns for lead generation and scoring. Oversee demand generation analytics, create complex workflow rules, and develop customized reports and dashboards for team KPIs. Train users, provide technical support, and maintain documentation on processes and configurations. Manage vendor relationships regarding new releases and service level agreements.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree
- 2+ years' experience in a relevant Sales or Marketing Operations role with an understanding of lead-to-revenue demand funnels and reporting
- 1+ years' experience with marketing automation platforms
- Proficient with Microsoft applications (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to build client relationships
- Ability to prioritize and maintain a high-level of organization with extreme attention to detail
- Able to manage multiple projects and work effectively in a changing environment to meet ongoing and overlapping deadlines
- Exceptional project management skills
- MUST be a self-starter who requires minimal supervision
- Team oriented with a priority on organizational goals, motivated by accomplishments rather than power
- Highly analytical and logical; skilled at problem analysis and resolution
- Mature and sensitive to multiple decision-making styles
- Ability to grasp issues in a dynamic environment and organize activities to quickly achieve desired outcomes
- Highly intelligent, confident, decisive, competitive, energetic, and passionate
Desired Qualifications
- Private Pilot License
- high-value B2C experience
- Experience with Zoho CRM
