Sales Operations Specialist- EOS India (m/f/d)

Job Summary
Drive EOS India’s sales performance by supporting revenue targets and managing internal/external customer relationships. Responsible for Sales pipeline management, forecasting accuracy, CRM management, and revenue-target support through configuring, pricing, and proposing technical solutions and quotes. Lead management and business development support for applied engineering teams, plus market and industry analysis to maintain a top-tier understanding of the additive manufacturing landscape. Build regular dashboards, monitor KPIs, and analyze performance metrics to forecast revenue; liaise with Sales teams and partners to keep forecast data accurate and up-to-date. Requires strong communication, stakeholder collaboration, and the ability to manage a large customer database and opportunity pipeline. Strong organizational and project-management skills, with willingness to travel nationally and internationally. Fluency in English is essential.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or above in Engineering, or Business Administration
- 0-4 years of experience in sales operations or admin roles
- Fluent written and spoken English
- Willingness and ability to travel nationally & internationally
- Experience with CRM systems like Salesforce (preferred)
