Job Summary

Coordinate administrative functions of the sales process and communicate with Account Managers to ensure sales processes are effectively completed. Identify current asset locations using the Truck Locator App and create Equipment Purchase Orders in the M3 System. Effectively communicate across departments to ensure inventory availability, research and analyze data for reporting, and maintain the Disposal Asset Master List with data integrity. Accurately analyze internal processes to recommend and implement procedural changes, prepare operational reports, and assist with rental asset disposal inventory issues. Work in a fast-paced office environment during core hours of 8:00 am-5:00 pm, Monday-Friday, with flexibility to meet business demands.

Required Qualifications

  • High school diploma or the equivalent.
  • Previous experience in a similar role.
  • Valid driver's license required.
  • Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug test.
  • Extremely detail oriented and accurate.
  • Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Set priorities and adapt to changing work priorities.
  • Must be self-sufficient and driven.
  • Meet deadlines and schedules.
  • Strong attendance record.
  • Must possess proficient computer skills with the ability to learn new programs quickly.
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Office package (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook).
  • Must be able to work independently and create innovative solutions to problems with minimal direction from supervisors.
  • Knowledge of principles and processes for providing a positive service experience.
  • This job requires 'people' skills and a genuine desire to service the client.
  • A positive attitude and willingness to maintain a professional demeanor with clients and team members is essential to this position.
  • Identifying complex problems and reviewing related information to develop and evaluate options and implement solutions.
  • Giving full attention to what other people are saying, taking time to understand the points being made, asking questions as appropriate, and not interrupting at inappropriate times
