Job Summary
Sales Operations Specialist located in Needham, MA, in-office role supporting both International and Domestic Sales. Responsibilities include managing the order-to-cash process, issuing hardware/software quotations, sharing shipping information, onboarding tasks, generating sales reports, processing orders, handling shipping damage claims, handling sales requests, CRM administration and end-user support, maintaining CRM data quality, and assisting with international shipping documentation. Requires experience in customer support, strong communication skills, ability to translate technical information for non-technical audiences, and proficiency with Microsoft Office; bachelor’s degree and 2+ years of relevant experience required.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree
- 2+ years of experience in a customer support role
- Proficient with Microsoft Office applications
- CRM administration experience (Salesforce.com) and end-user support
