Job Summary
Sales & Operations Specialist responsible for acting as the operational backbone of Bark & Mane’s mobile pet grooming service. Core duties include professionally assisting leads and customers to select optimal services, coordinating scheduling, planning efficient routes for groomers, and delivering a seamless, one-on-one grooming experience. The role emphasizes sales-oriented activities, customer service, route optimization, data management, and conflict resolution to ensure on-time arrivals and high-quality service for pets and their owners. The position requires strong communication, organization, problem-solving abilities, and familiarity with Microsoft Word and Excel, with opportunities for training, mentorship, and career advancement.
Required Qualifications
- 2 years+ of pet care industry experience as a bather, groomer, dispatcher, or receptionist with proven knowledge of pet breeds and care
- Exceptional written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational, analytical, and time-management abilities
- Customer service orientation
- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
