Job Summary
Sales Operations Specialist responsible for sales commissions and incentive program administration, audits of commissions, and data & analytics support. Performs submission review, data accuracy checks, and contract-aligned incentive reporting; researches field inquiries and coordinates issue resolution. Builds and maintains sales enablement dashboards (Power BI) and executive reports, supports ad hoc reporting, and delivers system/process training to Field reps. Collaboration with CRO and senior leadership, plus documentation updates and cross-functional support (budget, contracts, data & analytics). Focus on compliance with established policies and contracts, with strong analytical and communication skills to support a 120+ rep sales organization.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business administration, accounting, finance, economics, data science
- 1-2 years of work-related experience
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
