Job Summary
Senior Manager, Sales Operations to transform sales and financial data into actionable insights and recommendations, develop sales forecasts and performance analyses, act as a trusted business partner to Area Sales Leaders and senior stakeholders, build and manage sales quotas, KPI frameworks, dashboards, and reporting, monitor sales performance and pipeline health, and support strategic planning, territory planning, and resource allocation. Requires data-driven decision making, strong communication and stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration; this is an individual contributor role in the US with a salary range of $128,500-$178,500 plus benefits.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Engineering, Analytics, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Sales Operations, Finance, FP&A, Business Analytics, or related functions.
- Experience with forecasting, sales performance management, and KPI reporting.
- Strong analytical, financial modeling, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency with Excel, Salesforce, Power BI, or similar tools.
- Fluent English (written and spoken) required.
