Sales Operations Senior Executive

Job Summary
Own end-to-end Asia distributor and channel partner sales order lifecycle from order receipt through delivery, dispute/resolution and performance reporting. Partner with Commercial Planning, Finance, Operations and 3PL warehouses to ensure accurate master data, compliant order processing, and strong distribution experience. Responsibilities include processing distributor/channel partner orders (back-catalog and new-release), serving as primary order-admin contact during coverage periods, managing EDI/order transmission issues, maintaining PO forms and presell SKUs, coordinating outbound execution with 3PLs, managing distributor transportation bookings, supporting monthly demand and supply planning via the Rolling Forecast, coordinating rework orders, handling distributor disputes and returns, driving process improvements (SAP/SharePoint), and building KPI reporting for order turnaround, aging, and launch readiness. Desirable experience includes workflow automation, MDG/master data governance, Lean/Six Sigma, and experience in consumer electronics or fast-paced product launches.
Required Qualifications
- 6+ years of experience in Sales Operations / Sales Administration, ideally supporting South Asia distributor and channel partner networks
- Strong end-to-end order management expertise (back-catalog and new release)
- Customer compliance checks and backorder management
- Hands-on experience with ERP and order management tools (e.g., SAP)
- Working knowledge of EDI processes and issue resolution
- Outbound logistics concepts (3PL warehouse coordination, delivery creation, transport/booking processes)
- Proven ability to manage disputes and returns workflows, including escalation handling
- Excellent KPI definition, reporting, and insight generation skills
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills; able to influence cross-functional teams
- Ability to work independently, prioritize multiple workstreams, and deliver improvements within defined policies and practices
