Sales Operations Programs Coordinator

Job Summary
Coordinate logistics and facilitation for system and product demo programs, partnering with sales reps to ensure local market development events execute seamlessly. Manage inventory of instruments and accessories, coordinating shipments to and from sales and marketing events across the U.S. Balance competing priorities of sales, marketing, and third-party vendors while serving as a communication liaison to resolve scheduling conflicts. Assist in coordinating the mobile system program to support sales events and marketing symposia. Maintain recurring quarterly deliverables, including reporting packages, performance reports, and dashboard/tool updates. Work cross-functionally with diverse internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless program execution.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- Degree in business administration, marketing, communications, or related field
- 2-4 years of relevant work experience
- Must be able to lift 50lbs
- Occasional travel
- Current proof of vaccination against certain diseases including COVID-19
