Job Summary
Sales Operations & Productivity Lead in São Paulo (Hybrid) responsible for designing, building, and optimizing GTM automations and AI-powered systems to identify prospects aligned with ICP, delivering prospects to sales development and sales teams. Build workflows in Clay, Salesloft, Salesforce, and HubSpot to enrich data and automate personalized messaging for target accounts; provide account research to sales development and reps; serve as internal expert for Clay, Salesloft, Salesforce, and HubSpot; escalate technical issues; drive A/B experiments and pilots to accelerate regional growth; coordinate with Data, Martech, and Marketing/Sales Ops to feed actionable engagement data into the CRM; monitor performance with Marketing and Sales Ops and deliver insights to demand gen and revenue teams.
