Job Summary
Sales Operations role to build the operational foundation behind the company’s revenue organization. Own core systems, forecasting processes, reporting infrastructure, and GTM operations from the ground up; partner with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Operations to create operational clarity at scale. Responsibilities include owning sales architecture, workflows, reporting, and CRM hygiene; building dashboards and KPI reporting for pipeline, forecasting, conversion, and revenue visibility; running forecasting cadences with sales leadership; supporting territory planning, quota management, and operational planning; administering and optimizing the GTM tech stack; improving lead routing and pipeline workflows; supporting onboarding, enablement, and documentation for sales processes; and collaborating with Marketing, Operations, and Customer Success for alignment. Skills/experience needed include 3–5 years in Sales/Revenue Operations at a B2B SaaS company, CRM architecture, analytics with spreadsheets/BI/SQL, ability to translate data into insights, ownership mindset, process orientation, and familiarity with RevOps tooling; Nice to have experience in cybersecurity/infrastructure, AI-enabled RevOps tooling, early RevOps roles, and PLG/product-led signals. Working location is fully remote across US & Canada with healthcare, flexible PTO, and home-office support provided.
