Job Summary
Lead the Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) process to align sales, supply chain, production, and inventory plans. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, and Finance to ensure plan alignment. Analyze demand forecasts and production capabilities to optimize supply chain performance, while developing and maintaining metrics to monitor effectiveness. Run and execute demand, production, distribution, and material planning. Define inventory policies to balance supply and demand, minimizing excess stock. Facilitate S&OP meetings to drive organizational alignment on key business decisions and lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and reduce costs. On-site in Miami, Florida, with travel availability to the East Coast. Requires a bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management or related field, plus eight years of S&OP and leadership experience.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, industrial engineering, Business Administration, or a related field
- MBA or S&OP courses/trainings
