Sales Operations Officer

Lead and mentor a team in sales operations, coordinating day-to-day guidance, escalation handling with internal teams and customers, and overseeing order processing from entry to shipment. Responsible for handling returns/ RMA processes, coordinating with vendors and shippers, tracking orders, resolving invoice variances, and monitoring inventory to identify slow-moving or obsolescent stock. Drive process improvements, manage vendor relationships, and ensure service levels are met, including training needs assessment and providing input for solutions. The role requires collaboration with shared services and warehouse teams to resolve discrepancies, optimize pricing and freight terms, and maintain accurate ERP records (Oracle ERP).
