Sales Operations Officer

Own SOPs, documentation, Asana, and process rollout across the sales team. Run daily sales reporting and analyze "no sale" data to drive action. Query AI sales call grader daily for objection and call quality insights. Manage SAM onboarding, offboarding, and tech stack training. Support QA and provide direct administrative support to sales leadership. This role requires 2+ years in sales operations or operations support, strong Excel and data analysis skills, and experience with Asana and CRM tools. The position is remote in the PST timezone with flexible work-from-home benefits.
