Sales Operations Manager

Job Summary
Partner with the VP, APAC and regional leaders across ANZ and Asia as the day-to-day strategic and operating partner. Provide an independent, data-driven perspective to identify risks, gaps, and opportunities while tracking key priorities and action items through to completion. Translate high-level objectives into detailed operating plans, playbooks, and cadences to improve seller productivity, pipeline health, and forecast accuracy. Own territory design, quota setting, and headcount planning, alongside SPIFF program design and compensation mechanics for the region. Run weekly and end-of-quarter forecast and pipeline cadences with Sales and Customer Success leadership to drive forecast accuracy and maintain a consistent methodology. Build and maintain key dashboards and insights to ensure leadership has continuous visibility into metrics that matter most.
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in Sales Operations or Revenue Operations in a B2B SaaS environment
- demonstrated track record of partnering directly with senior sales leaders (VP level and above) in a trusted advisory capacity
- Proven ability to align cross-functional stakeholders around shared priorities

- ability to influence senior stakeholders outside a direct reporting line
- Ability to operate effectively with a high degree of autonomy and ambiguity

- Proficiency in Salesforce
- Proficiency in forecasting methodologies
- Proficiency in go-to-market analytics
- strong Excel/Sheets skills
- familiarity with BI tools such as Sigma, Tableau, or Looker
- Strong understanding of and genuine interest in applying AI tools to streamline Sales Operations workflows
