Job Summary
Sales Operations Manager to join Verve and sit at the center of sales, client service, finance, and product, building and maintaining reports and dashboards to track KPIs, pipeline growth, and quota attainment; owning data consolidation, reporting, and document creation for leadership; supporting Salesforce and other sales enablement tools; improving pipeline visibility and reporting hygiene; refining sales processes for efficiency and scalability; reviewing client contracts/IOs for accuracy in CRM; assisting with commissions and month-end close using SQL queries for costs and platform fees; collaborating on strategic projects such as org design and territory restructuring; and supporting email campaigns data quality. Hybrid work environment with NYC office and 90-minute commute expectation for in-office days in Greater NY area.
Required Qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience in sales operations, business operations, strategy, or a similar role supporting sales, marketing, and/or customer success teams
- Proficient in Salesforce; ability to build reports, analyze data, and identify trends — Admin certification a plus
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Financial acumen to understand sales profitability and operational metrics
- Advanced Microsoft Excel experience preferred; ad tech or SaaS background a plus
