Job Summary
Sales Operations Manager embedded with BDR and AE teams in UpKeep's LA office. Hands-on coaching and execution on outbound prospecting, discovery, objection handling, and closing; ownership of onboarding ramp from Day 1 through first closed deal with clear 30/60/90 ramp benchmarks. Responsible for tool adoption and efficiency across the GTM stack (Salesforce, Gong, outbound tools), building lightweight job aids and workflow shortcuts, and leveraging AI to accelerate enablement (AI-assisted coaching, call prep, account research, and prompt-driven content creation). Requires 3–6 years in sales enablement/coaching or a high-performing sales IC, experience with BDR/SMB/mid-market AE teams, strong Salesforce/Gong familiarity, hands-on AI tooling experience (Claude, ChatGPT), and LA-based availability in-office 3 days/week.
