Job Summary
Sales Operations Manager is the primary resource for operational functions to drive revenue and margin for assigned accounts, including demand planning, inventory management, PO execution, POS & trend analysis, and trade spend management. Will monitor real-time business issues, interpret data, and propose immediate actions. Works with cross-functional teams and direct account contacts. Responsibilities include weekly reporting, forecasting collaboration with demand planning and supply chain teams, inputting forecasts into the SFO tool, coordinating with customer replenishment teams, and providing monthly financial updates. Requires strong analytical skills, ability to draw insights from multiple data sets, and excellent communication. Fluent in English and German. Based in Frankfurt with a hybrid work model (3 days in office).
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in demand planning/supply chain management or business analytics/financial role within the consumer products industry.
- Fluent in English and German
