Job Summary
Sales Operations Manager to support RateHawk’s global commercial organization, focusing on quota allocation, bonus calculations, pipeline management, playbook adoption, and ROI/productivity analyses. Responsibilities include building reports and dashboards in HubSpot and BI tools, providing ad-hoc business analyses to regional directors and senior leadership, and transforming complex sales data into actionable recommendations. The role emphasizes data-driven target setting, sales efficiency, and cross-functional collaboration within a remote-first, Europe-time-zone environment.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Commercial Strategy, Business Operations, Business Analytics, Sales Excellence or similar analytical and commercial roles
- Hands-on experience with HubSpot CRM for at least 2 years
- Fluent English, both written and spoken
- Strong MS Excel / Google Sheets
- Experience with BI and data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker)
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics or similar quantitative disciplines (nice to have)
