Job Summary

Sales Operations Manager in Brooklyn, NY to own data and processes for the quote-to-order lifecycle. Drive hands-on configuration of the internal Salesforce system (quote-to-cash), including quoting templates, approval workflows, and price books. Ensure data quality across Salesforce and Pardot, work on de-duplication and data enrichment programs, and manage processes beyond sales such as case management and portals. Build reports and dashboards to drive business insights and act as an operational consultant to optimize orders, provisioning, and scalable processes. Demonstrate operational excellence, meticulous attention to data placement, and a blend of technical Salesforce configuration ability with consultative business acumen to support rapid growth.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Minimum of 2 years of hands-on salesforce.com experience
  • Minimum of 2 years hands-on experience in sales operations or similar
