Job Summary
Sales Operations Manager responsible for end-to-end sales execution for US and Canadian markets (order-to-cash), establishing and improving business processes, and acting as the operations backbone for European production units. Will lead and develop a Customer Service Team of 3, drive a first-time-right principle across customer interactions, ensure administrative governance and compliance, oversee HR admin and legal compliance for the US entity, and support basic administrative finance tasks including budget coordination and cost control at office level. Requires a bachelor's degree and 5+ years in sales operations or a similar operational role, with a demonstrated ability to build structure, define processes, and implement scalable workflows.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Finance or similar equivalent experience
- 5+ years of experience in sales operations, customer service leadership, or a comparable operational role
- Proven ability to build structure, define processes and implement scalable ways of working
- Strong customer focus, combined with systematic and structured mindset
