Job Summary
As a Sales Operations Manager, you will manage the core sales funnel from qualified lead to contract. Responsibilities include ensuring efficient lead processing, analyzing funnel and revenue KPIs, building KPI frameworks, identifying performance issues, and deriving data-driven actions for improvement. You will create and maintain Salesforce reports and collaborate with various teams as a data-based partner. Candidates should possess strong analytical skills, experience with KPI-driven roles, and fluent German language skills.
Required Qualifications
- 2–3 years of experience in Sales Operations or similar
- Strong analytical skills with a focus on KPIs
- Experience in funnel analysis, KPI design, forecasting, and scenario modeling
- Fluent in German, both written and spoken
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, Sales Analytics or comparable roles
- Skills in Salesforce Reporting & Dashboards
- Advanced proficiency with Excel / Google Sheets
- Experience in high-volume sales environments (B2C or B2B2C)
