Job Summary
Sales Operations Manager responsible for leading the day-to-day sales operations infrastructure, CRM adoption, data integrity, pipeline discipline, and data-driven decision-making across the sales organization. Partners cross-functionally with sales, branch teams, and other business units to ensure leadership has accurate, actionable insight into territory activity and performance. Responsibilities include owning CRM governance, onboarding and training, monitoring opportunity flow, identifying process gaps, developing dashboards and reports, and driving improvements in processes and reporting to support sales performance. Requires independent judgment, strong communication, ability to work with cross-functional teams, and onsite work Monday–Friday. Bachelor’s degree preferred; 3–5 years in sales/operations roles with CRM, reporting, and process-improvement experience; familiarity with construction-related workflows is a plus.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree preferred in Business, Operations, Analytics, or a related field
- 3–5 years of experience in sales operations, business operations, sales support, or a similar role with increasing responsibility
- Experience in field services, HVAC, construction, facilities, mechanical services, or a related industry preferred
- Experience with CRM administration, reporting, dashboard development, and process improvement required
- Familiarity with construction plans, takeoffs, estimating workflows, or project opportunity review preferred
