Job Summary
Sales Operations Manager responsible for owning and optimizing SalesPad configurations and integrations (GP, Shopify), overseeing end-to-end order lifecycle, and supporting WMS workflows. Partners with developers and cross-functional teams to implement improvements, monitor data integrity across systems, resolve integration issues, and drive process improvements using data and tools (including AI). Serves as primary liaison across Sales, Customer Service, Finance, IT, and Warehouse teams; leads or supports system enhancements, upgrades, and documentation; requires 3+ years in related roles and US work authorization.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in sales operations, order management, warehouse operations, or a systems-focused role
- Experience with ERP, CRM, or order management/WMS platforms (SalesPad or similar)
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and process evaluation skills
- Ability to translate business requirements into technical direction for developers
- Proficiency in Excel and working with operational data
