Job Summary
Sr. Business Operations Analyst to manage Dish Wireless Real Estate business development, real estate operations, and project-manage concepts from ideation to implementation with a focus on Quick Base, Salesforce, heat mapping, and other support resources. Build and foster relationships with internal and external partners to support wireless real estate operations and programs, and lead cross-functional matrix teams to drive operational efficiency and ensure program success. Responsibilities include serving as Real Estate Subject Matter Expert, identifying and solving issues in business operations, analyzing data to identify opportunities, updating policies and procedures, collaborating with executive management, creating management reports, enhancing workflows, establishing trust across the organization, systems development/administration/maintenance, conducting field training on system changes, implementing new real estate programs, and maximizing operational effectiveness for the Dish Wireless Sales Channel while staying current on industry trends.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business or a related field
- 3+ years working as a business operations analyst in a professional business work environment is required
- Excellent interpersonal, leadership, and written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient use of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio) and Google G_Suite
- Experience with real estate geo spatial analysis tools (i.e. CBRE, NGKF, etc.)
- Wireless industry experience preferred
- Salesforce Administration and/or Developer certification preferred
