Job Summary
Sales Operations Manager responsible for optimizing sales systems, analytics, forecasting, and cross-functional collaboration across Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Enablement. Manages sales performance reporting and CRM systems (including Salesforce) and sales technology tools. Develops actionable analytics, dashboards, and KPI tracking; identifies opportunities to improve pipeline and revenue attainment; supports forecasting, territory planning, and quota development. Provides training and enablement to ensure effective system utilization and drives data-driven decision making across the sales organization. | Responsibilities include monitoring and reporting on sales performance, maintaining dashboards, coordinating forecasting processes, ensuring data integrity across CRM and tools (Gong, Zoominfo, Geopointe, Chili Piper, DealHub), and partnering with leadership to optimize sales workflows and operations.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree or higher preferred
- 3+ years demonstrated and related experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operation or
- 3+ years of experience managing others is preferred
- Experience supporting sales teams in a high-growth or technology-driven environment preferred
- Experience in administering CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred)
- Experience with Gong, Zoominfo, Geopointe, Chili Piper, DealHub
Desired Qualifications
