Job Summary
Sales Operations Manager at Base44 who will own the administrative side of sales operations and coordinate with legal, finance, procurement, security/IT, and other teams to drive deals to a close. Responsibilities include gathering inputs from internal engineering and security stakeholders to complete documentation and insurance policies, aligning with Finance on invoicing and revenue-related documentation, and identifying bottlenecks to implement templates, playbooks, and automation to scale workflows across the customer lifecycle.
Required Qualifications
- 1–2 years of experience in sales operations
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Hands-on experience working with cross-functional teams (e.g. finance, legal, procurement, sales)
- Solutions-oriented and proactive mindset with high attention to detail
- Quick learner with the ability to quickly learn and get up to speed on new tools, processes, and technical subject matter
- Fluent English
