Job Summary
Own and improve core sales processes across inbound, outbound, account management and channel sales; ensure pipeline hygiene, data accuracy, and clear reporting structures; translate business needs into structured requirements for systems improvements; partner with Sales leadership to identify gaps and drive operational improvements; support and optimize sales workflows and adoption of new tools and processes; monitor key metrics and proactively identify risks or inefficiencies.
Required Qualifications
- 3-6 years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or similar roles
- Strong understanding of B2B SaaS sales processes and pipeline management
- Experience working closely with Sales leadership and cross-functional teams
- Hands-on experience with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) and reporting
- Ability to balance strategic thinking with execution
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Structured, proactive, and ownership-driven mindset
- Excellent communication skills and ability to influence stakeholders
