Job Summary
Own and maintain visibility to all commercial opportunities, including new business, active projects, and at-risk revenue. Partner with Sales, Project Management, Finance, and Supply Chain to validate pipeline stages, timelines, probability, and resource requirements. Lead the monthly forecasting process across customers, regions, and business segments while improving forecast accuracy. Create visibility across Supply Chain, Procurement, and Operations to ensure readiness for new business opportunities and customer demand. Maintain oversight of customer contracts, pricing agreements, and renewal timelines. Develop and improve commercial processes, tools, templates, and standard operating procedures. Prepare executive-level pipeline reports, revenue outlooks, and business performance reporting for leadership reviews.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, Supply Chain, Finance, or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Sales Operations, Commercial Operations, Customer Operations, Business Operations, or a related function
- Strong understanding of forecasting, pipeline management, pricing, customer commitments, and commercial processes
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data analysis
- Experience creating dashboards, performance metrics, and executive-level reporting
- Strong communication and cross-functional leadership skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Experience within contract manufacturing, nutraceuticals, food and beverage, personal care, consumer packaged goods, or pharmaceutical industries
- Experience supporting new product development and commercialization processes
- Knowledge of ERP, CRM, forecasting, and business intelligence platforms
- Experience with Power BI, Salesforce, NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics
- Understanding of procurement, supply chain, planning, and manufacturing operations
- Routinely required to stoop, bend, kneel, lift, reach, pull, push, and tilt object in the performance of job function
- Lifting limitations for this position: 25-30 lbs. May have to manipulate heavier containers
- Vision requirements include close and distance vision, color vision, peripheral and depth vision, and the ability to adjust focus as needed
- Requires incumbent to sit and operate computer for extended periods of time during course of workday, and the ability to proficiently use the computer keyboard for typing
