Job Summary
Support data collection, cleansing, and standardization across multiple MRP systems to improve reporting consistency. Develop and maintain reports and dashboards related to inventory risk, customer demand, and supply planning performance. Analyze execution variances and identify root causes related to booking, shipping, and warehouse operations. Gather, organize, and validate data for recurring business reviews to support planning and operational decision-making. Assist with process documentation, testing, training materials, and change management for SIOP process enhancements. Collaborate with Supply Chain, Operations, Sales, and Finance teams while participating in continuous improvement projects focused on planning effectiveness and reporting automation.
Required Qualifications
- Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Analytics, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or a related field
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
- Ability to organize and analyze large data sets from multiple sources
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability and willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment and produce high-quality work
- Collaboration and teamwork
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau
- Familiarity with ERP/MRP systems and supply chain planning concepts
- Understanding of inventory management, demand planning, production planning, or sales and operations planning (S&OP/SIOP)
- Experience using SQL, Power Query, Python, or other data analysis tools
- Interest in supply chain transformation, process improvement, and operations analytics
