Job Summary
Execute game-day activations, sales campaigns, and special events by preparing materials, assembling prize packs, and coordinating logistics for on-court experiences and promotional pack redemption. Manage large group activities and handle record-keeping for event reports, attendance data, and database marketing efforts. Provide administrative and operational support to the Ticket Sales & Service team across game days, non-game days, and events. This part-time role runs from October through the end of the 2026-27 Sacramento Kings season, requiring availability for all home games including nights and weekends. The intern works 25 hours per week at the downtown Sacramento office, with compensation at $17.50 per hour.
Required Qualifications
- Experience catering to the customer and exceeding expectations
- An in-depth knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
- Highly organized with the ability to prioritize and multi-task
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Must be a friendly, professional, personable, and outgoing individual
- Self-starter with a positive attitude; committed to teamwork
- Available to work ALL Kings home games which includes nights and weekends
- Currently enrolled in college or have graduated within 12 months
- Able to commute to the downtown Sacramento office
- Able to work 25 hours per week
