Job Summary
Sales Operations & Field Sales Management role responsible for strategic and operational control of all sales activities, development and execution of a forward-looking sales plan, management of existing customers and active new customer acquisition, identification of market potential and competitive monitoring, and close collaboration with HQ and technical departments. Requires a technical degree or corresponding professional experience, experience in technical sales (ideally industrial), strong knowledge of Key Account Management and building long-term customer relationships, sales-oriented mindset, analytical thinking, structured work approach, and fluent German and English. Required Qualifications
