Job Summary
Sales Operations role supporting the District Sales Manager for Expeditors, focusing on optimizing the district sales team's effectiveness. Primary responsibilities include delivering monthly reports, organizing weekly sales meetings and sales events, ensuring accessible marketing materials, creating customer-focused PowerPoint presentations with marketing content when needed, coordinating visits and meetings with sales teams, delivering qualified sales leads, coordinating bid responses and pricing support, attending training, organizing sales training, updating CRM and ensuring data integrity, and taking on additional assignments as needed. Requires proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word; ability to work off-site for local events; strong English communication skills; and a mix of independent and collaborative work in a fast-paced environment. Ability to work with the CHQ-Marketing team for content and to interact with various functions to drive customer engagement and support the district sales effort.
Required Qualifications
