Job Summary
Administer Monday.com as the core CRM platform, managing user accounts, permissions, data backups, and system performance while configuring custom fields, workflows, and integrations with SharePoint and other tools. Maintain data integrity through regular audits, deduplication, and cleanup of leads, contacts, and accounts to ensure high-quality information for executive reporting. Partner with Sales Leadership and the RFP/Proposal team to design sales processes, build dynamic dashboards for pipeline visibility, and analyze win/loss outcomes to drive data-driven decisions. Provide onboarding training, create documentation, and troubleshoot CRM issues to maximize tool adoption across the organization.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in Sales Operations, CRM administration, or similar roles, preferably supporting a B2B sales organization
- Hands-on expertise administering Monday.com – including customizations, reports/dashboards, and user support
- Proven ability to design and optimize business processes (e.g., sales workflow, lead routing, opportunity tracking) and manage projects or system improvements from concept to execution
- Detail orientation with a proactive mindset for identifying and fixing issues in processes or data
- Self-starter who can work independently with minimal supervision, yet also thrive as a team player aligning multiple departments (Sales, RFP, IT, etc.)
- Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple projects and deadlines
- Professional judgment and discretion that comes from experience in the field
- Proficient in the Microsoft suite of products
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, health care administration or related field preferred, or equivalent experience
Desired Qualifications
- Strong data analysis skills (proficiency in Excel and familiarity with BI/reporting tools like Tableau or Power BI is a plus) and a solid understanding of sales metrics and pipeline management
- Ability to translate complex data into actionable insights and clear reports for stakeholders
- Proven experience in a Client Relationship Management (CRM) position for a pharmacy-related or healthcare company
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills – comfortable working cross-functionally and translating between technical details and business needs
- Ability to think creatively and innovatively
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, health care administration or related field preferred
