Job Summary
Sales Operations Coordinator at Haleon is responsible for enhancing sales effectiveness through data-driven insights, inventory management (SLOBS), and cross-functional coordination across Sales, Supply Chain, Customer Service, Finance, and Operations. Key duties include monitoring aging inventory, identifying slow-moving/obsolete stock, developing and executing inventory reduction strategies, coordinating promotions and liquidation, supporting forecasting and order management, building dashboards and KPIs, and translating analytics into actionable recommendations. The role emphasizes partnering with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Supply Chain to improve inventory health, working capital, and customer experience. Based in Warren, NJ with a hybrid in-office requirement (3 days/week). Preferred qualifications include ERP/CRM familiarity and experience with SAP/Oracle, demand planning, and continuous improvement methods.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Finance, Analytics, or related field preferred
- 2+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Supply Chain, Inventory Management, Customer Operations, or a related analytical role
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
- Experience with ERP, CRM, and reporting tools preferred
- Strong organizational and cross-functional collaboration skills
