Job Summary
Sales Operations Coordinator responsible for supporting the sales force through reporting, system administration and internal/external data analyses. Key duties include consolidating and distributing repetitive and ad-hoc sales reports, revising templates, forecasting input, administering systems (e.g., Salesforce, WWSPS, BMS, Portal), ensuring data completeness, identifying improvements, analyzing external sources (Polk, Dodge, RigDig) for sales opportunities, sharing findings with the sales team, compiling competitive data, and conducting internal analyses (variances, projections, costing, bundling) for both ad-hoc and repetitive tasks. This role emphasizes data accuracy, opportunities identification, and cross-functional collaboration to enable informed sales decisions.
