Job Summary
Coordinate quotation processes for designated customers in alignment with Vertical Sales, managing technically detailed packages and customer master data. Interface with external and internal stakeholders across quote-to-order and order-to-cash tasks, administering contracts and agreements. Conduct regular direct external customer dialogues to investigate satisfaction and develop the customer journey. Contribute to commercial excellence by supporting the harmonization and standardization of tools and processes, such as CRM implementation, while safeguarding quality guidelines and commitments. Promote customer centricity within the Sales Operations Department. Minimum administrative apprenticeship degree or three years experience required, with preferably one year in sales or account management. Advanced English proficiency is mandatory; German knowledge is an advantage.

- Minimum administrational apprenticeship degree or 3 years experience in lieu
- Intercultural sentitivity is a must
Desired Qualifications
- Preferably >1 year experience in areas such as Sales, Account Management, Sales Administration in Industry Business, preferably within Fluid Handling Solutions business
- Experience in tender/proposal writing and compilation advantageous
- Knowledge and experience in project management preferable
- Advanced level of English, German knowledge is an advantage
