Responsibilities include managing manual processes for automation, assessing current workflows, designing AI-powered solutions, and integrating tools with existing systems. The ideal candidate will have over three years of automation experience, over two years of managing high-performing teams, and proficiency with various data tools and platforms.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of demonstrable expertise in process automation
- 2+ years of people management experience
- Experience working with commercial teams
- Strong understanding of end-to-end Sales processes
- Results-oriented mindset
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with Tableau CRM, Looker, QlikView, Salesforce, DocuSign, Alteryx, Gemini Pro, Copilot, Google Workspace, and Microsoft Office
