Job Summary
Sales Operations Associate supporting FIJI Water’s sales organization with full lifecycle management of promotional plans in our TPM system, pricing discrepancy resolution, deductions/invoice resolution, and submission of sales administration forms. You’ll partner with Retail and On-Premise Account Owners to provide account-specific support, manage the customer portal and deal entries, create promotional sell sheets, and maintain SOPs for assigned regions/customers. The role emphasizes data-driven analysis, cross-functional collaboration (with Sales, FP&A, Accounting), and TPM platform optimization, with up to 5 annual meetings and minimal overnight travel. Proficiency in Excel is required; experience with DemandTec or VIP/iDig is a plus. A hybrid work arrangement (in-office Monday-Wednesday; remote Thursday-Friday) is available at the West Los Angeles, CA office.
