Job Summary
Support the Sales Planning Team by managing day-to-day sales operations, including deal entry/review, invoicing, and item/customer setup within TPM and across platforms. Perform promo plan lifecycle management, regular status calls with Sales Account Executives, promotions entry/editing, volume forecasts adjustments validation, pricing discrepancy resolution, and invoice processing. Manage GS1/item setup across platforms (1 World Sync, IX1/Spins, GS1 Canada); conduct promotional activity reporting and TPM data maintenance. Maintain organized archives, perform ad hoc data analysis, and attend required meetings with minimal overnight travel. Requires a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field, 1-3 years in sales ops or account management, proficiency in Excel, strong communication, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, XLOOKUP, data cleansing; Power Query optional)
- 1-3 years of experience in sales operations or account management preferred
- Experience with TPM systems, Demantra a plus
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to cultivate relationships and work in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment
- Detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy
