Sales Operations Associate (GFN Segment)

Job Summary
Provide operational, administrative, and clerical support to sales, finance, legal, and GFN segment teams across pre-sales, contracting, and renewal cycles. Maintain accurate customer contract information in Salesforce and support the legal team in ensuring approved contracts are signed by correct signees. Manage central repositories of customer and vendor contracts while responding timely to business retention needs for submitting contracts, RFPs, and registrations. Proactively identify process improvements and collaborate with the Sales Operations Manager. This role requires strong Salesforce knowledge and experience with government procurement, with a preference for candidates in the USA with EST hours.
Required Qualifications
- A Bachelor's degree, ideally business related.
- 2-3 years of experience in an operations-focused role, ideally sales-related.
- Efficient, excellent attention to detail, organised and a natural problem solver.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, and comfortable working with internal and external stakeholders (including customers, government procurement, etc.) across various levels of seniority.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritise, and pivot quickly.
- Team-oriented with an emphasis on team building and communication.
- Resourceful, solution focused with a positive attitude.
- Proactive in following-up and confident in managing conflicting requests and expectations.
- Strong interpersonal skills, ability to build relationships, being approachable and professional.
- Understanding of working with cross functional teams across various locations and time-zones.
- Salesforce knowledge is a requirement.
- Please note, strong preference for someone in USA, EST hours.

- Experience supporting a Government, Funder, and Non-Profit (GFN) sales team is highly desirable
