Job Summary
Sales Operations Associate, Analytics: build forecasting models across office customer and restaurant partner motions; own source-of-truth dashboards and reporting used by Sales leadership; run account enrichment and ICP-fit scoring to surface high-quality target accounts; partner with leadership on territory design, quota modeling, capacity planning, and pricing/packaging analysis; champion data quality in Salesforce and help build data pipelines into the data warehouse; translate analysis into actionable recommendations and drive adoption with stakeholders; role is based in Bogotá and office-based, onsite five days a week.
Required Qualifications
- 3–5 years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, Sales Analytics, Business Operations, or a similar data-heavy commercial role
- SQL proficiency required (complex joins, aggregations, window functions, data debugging)
- Prior hands-on Salesforce experience in reporting, analytics, and debugging; ability to build and optimize reports/dashboards and navigate complex relationships
- Experience with BigQuery and/or Snowflake (or comparable cloud data warehouses)
- Strong business acumen and understanding of sales funnels, GTM motions, and levers driving performance
- Excellent English communication skills, written and verbal, with ability to present to senior global stakeholders
