Job Summary
Sales Operations Associate responsible for documentation management, cross-department project coordination, product-launch support, case management, and leads data organization. Collaborates with Sales Leaders in English and Mandarin to resolve operational issues, summarizes complex documents for the sales team, and coordinates initiatives across Sales, IT, Legal, Risk, and Compliance. Manages lead data, CRM updates, and provides analytics to measure pipeline performance while ensuring timely, accurate reporting and training on best practices.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in finance, business operations, or a related field
- 1-2 years experience in fintech
- Proficient in both English and Mandarin
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, basic PivotTables) and Word (formatting, tables, footnotes)
- Strong time management and multitasking abilities
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Experience supporting Sales teams
- Ability to leverage AI and other software to improve efficiency
