Define and document standard operating procedures, best practices, and execution frameworks. Maintain structured content taxonomy, tagging standards, and asset lifecycle controls. Manage user provisioning, permission controls, and license tracking across sales tools. Coordinate training logistics, manage FAQs, and support enablement cadences. Produce dashboards, trackers, and operational reports; validate data accuracy for leadership reviews. Review field-facing content and tool configurations to ensure adherence to brand and process standards. Report monthly financial results for Circle of Stars and facilitate deal desk approvals for complex contracts.
