Job Summary
Dispatch employees to assigned jobs with proper equipment and direct rental and sales functions for the service division. Supervise project scheduling by assigning dates, times, and resources while monitoring and submitting employee hours for payroll. Prioritize safety by distributing personal protective equipment and reinforcing standards, then provide training on STS policies to team members. Identify high-performing employees for promotions and internal advancements. Ensure equipment quality by checking and maintaining traffic control devices prior to projects. Assist with additional tasks as determined by the Area Manager.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent GED
- 3-5 years of experience in managing employees and projects
- Ability to use advanced critical thinking skills
- Ability to prioritize and delegate tasks and confirm completion
- Acute attention to detail
- Excellent professional communication skills (written and oral)
- Ability to maintain composure under pressure
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in the traffic control industry (preferred)
