Job Summary
Sales Operations Analyst role focused on building and improving sales reporting and dashboards, analyzing sales data to identify patterns and insights, and coaching Sales teams on Deal Desk guidelines, pricing policies, and deal structures. Responsible for maintaining data integrity across Salesforce and revenue-facing platforms, partnering with RevOps on data governance, and supporting commission payout data, SPF tracking, and recurring sales cadences. Requires 5-7+ years in a related analytics/ops role, proficiency in Salesforce and Excel/Google Sheets, and strong communication to present data-driven guidance to Sales Leaders and Professionals. Hybrid role based in Westbrook, Maine with 8+ days on-site per month.
Required Qualifications
- 5-7+ years in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, Sales Analytics, or a similar analytically-focused role
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in building reports, analyzing trends, and translating data into clear recommendations
- Experience with Salesforce and strong Excel/Google Sheets skills; Anaplan or BI/reporting tools a plus
- Clear, confident communication, including ability to present data and deal guidance to Sales Professionals and Managers at all levels
- Understanding of deal economics and pricing structures; ability to guide pricing policies and discount thresholds
- Familiarity with veterinary, healthcare IT, or practice management software strongly preferred
- Ability to collaborate with RevOps and Sales teams; provide data-driven support across the deal lifecycle
- Experience supporting commission plan payouts and SPF (Special Performance Fund) tracking
- Experience with recurring sales cadences (QBRs, Monthly Commercial Reviews) and sales resources management
